Relax, we’ve got it covered
WordPress Maintenance & Support
In a world of AI-powered attacks and ever-increasing cyber security threats, an unmaintained WordPress website is an easy target. Outdated plugins and missed updates are one of the most common ways websites get hacked, slowed down or broken.
Our monthly WordPress maintenance and support package takes care of it all. Every month our team updates, optimises, scans and monitors your website, then sends you a personalised report showing exactly what we’ve done. You can relax knowing your website is secure, up to date and performing at its best.

WordPress support FAQs
What is included in WordPress maintenance and support?
Every month we update your plugins, WordPress and translations, optimise your database, scan for malware, monitor your website’s speed and track your SEO rankings. We then send you a personalised report showing everything we’ve done.
Do you carry out the updates, or just send a report?
We carry out all of the work for you. Your monthly report is a record of the updates, optimisations and checks our team has completed, not a to-do list.
Why does my WordPress website need regular maintenance?
WordPress, themes and plugins are updated regularly to fix security vulnerabilities and bugs. With AI making cyber attacks faster and more frequent, websites that aren’t kept up to date are far more likely to be hacked, slowed down or broken.
What does the monthly report show?
Your report covers plugin, WordPress and translation updates, database optimisations, malware scan results, site speed monitoring and your SEO rankings, all presented in a clear, easy-to-read format.
How much does WordPress maintenance and support cost?
Our WordPress maintenance and support package is £40 per month ex VAT, with all of the updates, optimisation, scanning, monitoring and reporting included.
Is WordPress maintenance included with your hosting?
No. Our WordPress hosting looks after the server your website runs on, while our maintenance and support package looks after the website itself. Many of our clients choose both for complete peace of mind.
