That is why we built RecruiterWP, our own WordPress plugin that connects recruitment software to your website. How RecruiterWP works
RecruiterWP sits between your recruitment software and your WordPress website and keeps the two in step.
- Jobs publish themselves. Open a role in your ATS and it appears on your job board. Edit it and the listing updates. Fill it and it comes down.
- Applications go straight back. Candidate applications, CVs attached, post directly into your ATS. Client enquiries create the company and contact. No inbox to clear and no data entry.
- Your jobs stay on your domain. No separate careers portal, no iframe and no subdomain. Every role is a proper page on your own website, under your own brand.
Works with any existing WordPress site
RecruiterWP connects to the platforms our clients rely on every day, including Bullhorn, Tracker RMS, Loxo, LogicMelon, Broadbean, Idibu and Totaljobs, plus any XML/JSON job feed.
There is no rebuild. RecruiterWP works with the WordPress site you already have and the tools it is built with:
- Page builders: Elementor, WPBakery, Divi, Ollie and the block editor
- Form plugins: Gravity Forms, Contact Form 7, WPForms and Formidable Forms
- Job boards: WP Job Manager, or a custom post type on a bespoke build
Jobs are saved as standard WordPress posts and fields, so your designers and developers work with them like any other content.
