CMD Recruitment is the leading independent recruitment consultancy in the South-West. They approached us looking for some additional web development support, as well as technical SEO implementation.
Custom candidate driven job board
At any one time CMD offer a range of different job opportunities. It’s important that candidates are able to efficiently refine the jobs as quickly as possible without waiting for the page to refresh.
We developed a custom job board that offered key filters, and search fields allowing candidates to instantly refine jobs. We also added functionality for job alerts, candidate registration and support for Google jobs.
We also developed a custom API feed to dynamically populated the job board. All job data was fetched from a remote CRM system and posted to the website, along with job meta data. Candidate applicants were also submitted directly back into their CRM.
